We want you to love your purchase from Studio Glownim. If something isn’t quite right, please refer to our return guidelines below for both change of mind and faulty/defective items.

🔁 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. While refunds are not available for change of mind, we offer the following:
• Exchange: Swap your product for another item.
• Store Credit: Receive a credit note valid for 12 months.

Conditions:
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Full sets or bundles must be returned complete.
• Original packaging (including wrapping, box, and seals) must be intact.
• Sale items, promotional items, or items purchased using a discount code are not eligible.
• For hygiene reasons, the following items are not returnable unless sealed and unopened:
• Lip makeup and lip care
• False eyelashes
• Nail art
• Accessories and beauty tools

All returned items will be inspected for quality control. If any product is found opened or used, we will be unable to offer store credit or exchange.

⚠️ FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us and return it within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase. You may choose one of the following:
• Exchange
• Store Credit (valid for 12 months)
• Refund (processed via the original payment method)

Please Note:
• Refunds using gift cards will be reissued as gift cards.
• Refunds do not include delivery costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

💸 REFUND POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS ONLY

Refunds are only available for faulty or defective items returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns after this period will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if applicable, especially for faulty or damaged items)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Studio Glownim will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective product).
• Once received and approved, refunds will be processed within 4 weeks, including:
• 5–10 business days for return transit
• 3–5 business days for internal processing
• 5–10 business days for bank clearance
